Annual Mega Job Fair which is organized by the BCC&I with PBSSD aims to place skilled workforce of the State to relevant industries. Such fairs are organized both at the State level and at district level. The Chamber connects Industry across the country for such a placement drive. Several rounds of interviews are conducted in such fairs and the Chamber plays a crucial role in matchmaking between the Industry and the skilled workforce. In last three job fairs, The Chamber has placed more than 3000 skilled people in different industries.
