Mr. Arnab Basu

Mr. Arnab Basu is the Advisory Leader for PwC in India. He has two decades of consulting experience in diverse fields like Digital Strategy & Business Transformation, Operating Model Design, Financial Performance Management, Removing Complexity, and defining the Digital Journey leveraging Enterprise Applications. He has worked for a range of top tier clients across multiple geographies and industries including Industrial Products, Discrete Manufacturing, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas.

 In his previous role, he was the Technology Consulting leader for PwC India for five years and focused on leading large scale business transformations. As the Regional Managing Partner of East region, Arnab expanded PwC's footprints across the region including Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.

 He joined PwC post his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2001. He has previously done his bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University. He is closely associated with several Business Chambers.

Mr. Sanjoy Sen

Mr. Sanjoy Sen is the Senior Vice President of ITC Infotech and the Divisional Chief Information Officer of the ITC Group. He is responsible for providing strategic IT leadership to various divisions of ITC.

 As member of various technology groups in the industry, he drives the philosophy of enhancing business value through innovative application of Information Technology.

 He has extensive experience in large-scale enterprise applications and integration. His domains of interest are in the areas of Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail.

 He is an active Speaker in Institutes and Industry forums. He chairs IT Committees of various Chambers and other associations.

 Sanjoy is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras. He was a visiting faculty at XLRI Jamshedpur for more than 5 years.

He has initiated several new businesses, led profit centres consisting of multiple businesses, significantly improved return on Investments and Growth, created enablers for differentiated delivery and business models, expanded into new markets, hired and groomed the best of talent and built winning teams.

 Chiranjib remains focused on strategic transformation and growing Consulting / Advisory businesses. His areas of interest are business strategy, valuation of a firm, building practices to create sustainable business models, building teams capable of value creation at customer places through consulting based on transformational technologies, and raising capital. Currently, CEO & Director of Wizertech Informatics Pvt LTD, Chiranjib has earlier served as Country Director at Oracle and Associate Vice President at HCL. A Co-Chairperson of IT Committee, a member of the Board and also is a member of the Education & Heritage committee at The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

 He is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and IIT Kharagpur. He is certified in "Leadership and Profitable Pricing" from Kellogg School of Management, North Western University. He is also certified in "Mergers & Acquisition and Competitive Marketing Strategy" from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and in "Global Strategy & Leadership" from Fundacao Dom Cabral - Brazil. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate Program in Management at ISB Hyderabad.

Mr. Deb A Mukherjee

An entrepreneur, professionally qualified as a lawyer, with over 38 years work experience in diverse business domains, engineering systems, information technology solutions and later in energy services for the last 15 years.

 He was Executive Chairman of Eaga Energy India Pvt Ltd (subsidiary of Eaga plc UK FTSE250 company) until 2012. Currently he is an Investor and Country Representative for Power Roll Ltd, UK and also Managing Director of Cenergist Energy Private Limited which is wholly owned subsidiary of Cenergist Ltd UK, which has operations in the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy and now India.

 Power Roll is exploring to invest in India.

 He has served on various Trade Committees in India and the UK and spoken at several international seminars on Sustainability Issues, Energy Efficiency, Renewables, Water Management and on Business Strategies.

Mr. Vishal Malhotra

Mr. Vishal Malhotra, President - Data Analytics, joined Inspira in November 2020 to help expand the Analytics practice globally. A B.E. in Computers has over 25 years of experience developing and delivering Analytic and Cloud Solutions through several startups backed with the partnership with EsselGroup and private Venture capitalists.

 As a pioneer in the OTT space, he launched Ditto TV, India first OTT application. The project launch was an integrated system of content delivery, analytics and Hybrid cloud infrastructure. The last venture, SmartCriqls formed in 2012, and as the founder/COO, the goal was to represent and develop the market for Splunk Inc in India. SmartCirqls's Splunk practice was a leader in Business Analytics and ITOPs, having key clients such as TCS and WIPRO, India's largest telecom service. The journey successfully culminated with the sales of the division to Inspira in November 2020.


Mr. Barnik Chitran Maitra

Mr. Barnik Chitran Maitra is the Managing Partner & CEO of Arthur D Little (ADL), India and South Asia. He is responsible for developing the firm's regional footprint and is a member of ADL's Global Leadership Team (GLT) and the regional leadership team of Arthur D Little Middle East. Having taken the helm of the oldest global management consulting firm in the region, Barnik has turned around the firm's performance in just 15 months, having made in roads in the government sector and companies of a host of verticals such as telecom, technology, automotive, utilities, healthcare, agriculture, and water with an additional focus on digital transformation, rural development, tourism, space, and industrials/manufacturing.

 Barnik has counselled Fortune 500 companies on innovation, technology and transformation. His expertise is in helping multinational corporations build technology-enabled businesses and advising governments in areas such as smart cities, artificial intelligence, 5G, innovation, and economic development. Barnik also has the distinction of being an advisor on deals of over USD 50 billion in value including principal investor deals and M&A and a passionate Board Strategy faculty for independent Board Director certification. He was on the founding team for the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), defining the strategy and the transformation agenda for PHFI including blueprints for the first set of Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPH).

 Barnik has had lasting impact as a management consultant. As a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Barnik led the regional Strategy & Corporate Finance practice and oversaw client advisory for leading institutions. He grew McKinsey's Strategy practice in Asia three-fold in five years. As a co-leader of McKinsey's Global Telecom Media & Technology practice, between 2014 and 2017 Barnik oversaw regional client service, driving client introductions in Japan, China and India. He also served as part of the founding team that established McKinsey's presence in hitherto unserved parts of Asia (Vietnam, Bangladesh, and The Philippines), North Africa (Egypt, Tunisia, Libya), and sub-Saharan Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Angola). He helped rewrite the McKinsey playbook in emerging markets as part of the Emerging Markets taskforce and led the India Finance & Investment Committee from 2011 to 2017. In addition, he co-founded several new practices: Private Equity, Digital Video, Ad-tech, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (Industry 4.0), which were the fastest growing new capabilities at McKinsey.


Ms. Nadia Babenkova

Ms. Nadia Babenkova is the founder and CEO of the Russian company Brain Development Ltd. The company was founded in 2012 and is a developer and manufacturer of ROBOTRACK educational complexes for educational robotics, neurotechnologies, artificial intelligence, computer vision, programming and 3D modeling.

 She has been the Vice President of the International Association of Children's Robotics IYRA since 2015, which is located in South Korea and unites participants from more than 30 countries. Since 2019, she has been the President of the Association for Neuroeducation and an expert in the field of neurotechnologies of the National Technological Initiative (NEURONET).


Mr. Sangram Kadam

Mr. Sangram Kadam is a seasoned industry leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic business development and Go-to-Market portfolios across the APAC and META regions. In his illustrious career, he has donned multiple hats, and is known for his personnel management, new business acquisition and partnership development skills.

 He resides in Pune with his family and is credited for diligently managing a global team of industry practitioners and sales evangelists. He holds an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Savitri Phule Pune University.

 Sangram enjoys reading technology blogs, and has a penchant to explore the outdoors, whenever his schedule permits him to do so. He enjoys sports and advocates listening to Hindustani music to clear the mind and seek inner peace.


Mr. Debashis Roy

Mr. Roy is currently the Vice President - IT in CESC - a private sector vertically integrated power utility and is presently heading the entire IT operations of the Company.

 Mr. Debashis Roy graduated in Electrical Engineering in the year 1980 and has over 41 years of Industrial experience of which 29 years is in the field of Information Technology.

 Mr. Roy completed a 6-months advance course in Computer Systems from Tokyo, Japan in the year 1992 and since then has digressed into Information Technology and allied areas.

 His experience in IT, covering a span of 29 years, includes commissioning of some large scale IT Projects. In 1997, he conceptualized RPGNET, a group-wide innovative IT initiative which was widely acclaimed. He was chiefly responsible for successfully implementing SAP based ERP Systems in two Industrial verticals namely Manufacturing and Retail in the capacity of a Project Director. In fact, the SAP implementation in both the Sectors received the best SAP Implementation Awards in 2005 & 2007 respectively.

 His other notable projects include the deployment of a sophisticated and fully automated and integrated CRM system for handling customer-related issues, implementation of an AMR and Tab-based Meter Reading System for significantly improving the cash flow of CESC by way of shortening the meter-to-cash cycle, implementation of the GIS system with web enablement for facilitating the operational engineers of CESC in their day-to-day work and implementation of a state-of-the-art DC-DR system for ensuring business continuity of CESC’s business operations. He was instrumental in formulating the Digital Strategy and leading the Digital transformation in CESC.

 Mr. Roy was conferred the "CIO of the Year" Award in Dublin, Ireland in the year 2010.


Mr. Ravi Kumar

Mr. Ravi Kumar has a decade of experience in leading business transformations for Large CPG Companies. He is currently the CDO at Exide Industries Ltd, driving the company’s vision, digital strategy & building capabilities for the future. He has established digital business models from scratch, set-up teams, systems, technology, and operations, substantially scaled digital revenue; and turned around IT functions into innovation powerhouses.

 He has previously setup the Analytics practice at Asian Paints, Led the Sales Transformation for Johnson & Johnson, and Digital Transformation at Pidilite.

 Notable accomplishments include: Next 100 CIO Award 2020, Analytics Top 100 Award 2019, SAP Hana Innovation Award 2015 & SAP ACE AWARD 2014 for Best Run Big Data Analytics.

 He has been an eminent speaker at global conferences like the BusinessWeek Industry Roundable 2019, SAP INDUS Conclave 2015, IBM Insight 2014.

Sardar Anmol Singh Narula

Sardar Anmol Singh Narula has had a positive attitude towards life and an endless passion for education and entrepreneurship since childhood. After completing his high school in Calcutta with excellent marks, he pursued his Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Philosophy with a Minor in Economics from Rollins College (Winter Park, Florida, USA).In the United States, Mr Narula gained experience in various sectors such as corporate consultancy, app development, luxury and commercial real estate, as well as startup ventures. A goal-oriented and ambitious person by nature, Mr Narula's knowledge and experience within these sectors have lead to transformation within the Group.

 At present, he is a Director at the JIS Group. His key responsibilities include leading the Brand and Digital Marketing division, developing proprietary educational software, and the establishment of Idea-O-Meter, the internal JIS start-up builder. Mr Narula is deeply involved with Indian startup ecosystems and leads investments into early-stage startups through the family office. Furthermore, Mr Narula mentors young companies within the JIS Group and actively seeks out new ventures to be included in the company. Mr Narula spends his time between the United States and India.

 Mr Narula is currently working on developing proprietary educational technologies for JIS University and other group institutions. Mr Narula's progressive vision for the company will undoubtedly aid in shaping the JIS of tomorrow.

Mr C N Raghupathi

Mr. C N Raghupathi is presently a Senior Adviser at Infosys. He is also closely involved with the Manipal Group where he teaches as an Adjunct faculty, and is a member of the Board of Studies. He also consults to many PE firms and start-up's in the digital space. Raghu has spent close to 22 years at Infosys and 37 years in the scale industry. He has implemented large nation scale IT projects in the banking, power, taxation, security and other sectors. Winner of the IEEE lifetime achievement award for implementing large IT projects, Raghu has also project managed power plant, desalination plants and chemical plants.


Dr. Sanjaya Baru

Dr. Sanjaya Baru is Distinguished Fellow, United Services Institution of India (USI) He has been editor of India's major financial newspapers, The Economic Times, Financial Express and Business Standard. He was Media Advisor to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Director for Geo-economics and Strategy, International Institute of Strategic Studies, London.

 He was Professor of Economics at University of Hyderabad, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore. He was Secretary-General, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. He was member of India's National Security Advisory Board in 1999-2001 and member of the Governing Board of the Centre for Policy Research. He is Founder-Trustee, Forum for National Security Studies, India; and, Visiting Faculty, Indian School of Public Policy. He was also member India-ASEAN Eminent Persons Group in 2010. He is an Independent Director on the board of Wockhardt Ltd.

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh

Bengal Chamber IT Conclave Industry Lead Speaker: Managing Director and CEO, Bandhan Bank Limited and Past President, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh has been one of foremost proponents of microfinance and micro banking in India. He has more than 30 years of experience in the microfinance and development terrain.

 'Bandhan' is the name of the not-for-profit entity that Mr. Ghosh had set up in April 2001, with the objective of changing the lives of underprivileged by giving them small loans and handholding them in their entrepreneurship journey. The entity transformed from an NGO to an NBFC and finally into a universal bank which was inaugurated in August 2015. This is the first instance in India of a microfinance institution transforming into a universal bank.

 The banking licence recognises Mr. Ghosh's seminal work in financial inclusion in India.

 A Penguin Random House publication 'Bandhan: The Making of a Bank' (2016) has chronicled Mr. Ghosh's journey as an institution-builder.

 Mr. Ghosh holds a master's degree in Statistics. He has attended the HBS-ACCION Program on Strategic Leadership at Harvard Business School. He has also completed the Certification Programme in IT & Cyber Security conducted by Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), established by the Reserve Bank of India.

 Besides being the Former President of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCC&I) and the former Chairman of CII, Eastern Region, he is also associated with various other committees.

Ms. Beth Payne is a Resilience Trainer and Author of a weekly resilience blog. In 2016, she created the U.S. Department of State's Center of Excellence in Foreign Affairs Resilience, where she designed resilience tools and resources for Foreign Affairs Professionals across the U.S. Government. She served as a U.S. Diplomat from 1993 until 2016 with assignments at the U.S. Embassies in Senegal, Rwanda, Israel and Kuwait and as the U.S. Consul General in Kolkata, India. In 2003, she opened the Office of the U.S. Consul in Baghdad, Iraq where she received the State Department's award for heroism.
