Webinar on - "Industry Talks on RTD Model in Skilling", was held at 3.00 pm on Tuesday, 30th June, 2020

Skill Trainings coupled with absorption of candidates in own setup is the ideal need of the hour which only industry partners who are having capacities can provide, where the training investment becomes a Government based initiative and should not strain the financials of industry. So the training cost would be borne by the Government and Industry can prepare ready to work skilled force as per their standards in these training centres. The USP of RTD model is recruiter of trained manpower gets industry ready skilled work force from day one eliminating transition time. This would even retain skilled workforce as they have been in the environment since the inception of training. In this model candidate will get a conditional job offer on day one at inception of training and on successful completion would be absorbed by company or industry itself. This model is been introduced by DGT, GoI and State Skill Missions of MP, Rajasthan, Bihar & UP followed the league. These programs could be or could not be NSQF aligned. So we would like to conclude what would be the industry's view if Government intends to give such flexibility in hiring new talents for their own taskforce by this Video Conference.
